1. Customized Orders & Cancellation

All our customized hampers are prepared especially for you and may include bespoke items, personalized names, tags, and messages. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Payment

100% advance payment is required for all orders before they are processed and dispatched. Orders will be dispatched only after the complete payment has been received.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. Product Variations

As many of our products are handcrafted and individually prepared, there may be minor variations in colours, finishes, designs, ribbons, or wrapping. These slight variations are a natural part of handmade products and add to their unique charm.
